Sanju movie
#Sanju movie movie#
His appearance in the Munna Bhai sequence just fails to match the intense persona of Sunil Dutt and it will actually hit movie lovers. He might be a great actor, but he does not do justice to the character of Sunil Dutt. One of the disappointments with the movie is the role of Paresh Rawal. They have all done justice to their parts – however brief it might have been. Manisha Koirala as Nargis is a delight and she transports you to the best of her era and sometimes you can hear your heart humming Pyar Hua Iqraar Hua, whenever Manisha Koirala appears on the screen.Īnushka Sharma is the writer to whom Sanjay Dutt narrates his life story, Sonam Kapoor acting as one of Sanjay Dutt’s initial love interests Tina Munim, Jim Sarbh is acting as the man who pushed him into drugs and Vicky Kaushal is the diehard movie fan that Sanjay Dutt befriends during his stint in New York and who stands with him as a true friend. It’s refreshing to see Dia Mirza after a long time and she is as graceful in her role of Sanjay Dutt’s wife Manyata. He has grown and Sanju is the perfect testament that Ranbir Kapoor has proven to be the deserving heir of the Kapoor clan. The various transitions and the passion for perfection are clearly reflected by this man, who himself is aware of the boons and banes of Bollywood. You will see Ranbir Kapoor as you have never seen him before. Sanju, the story of Bollywood’s star Sanjay Dutt, the son of Bollywood legends Nargis and Sunil Dutt, will touch the hearts of people across generations as we all learned to love him, admire him, hate him and finally accepting him who he was and is. It’s harder because you know that it’s a real-life story. Sanju shows the worst of the dire warnings that we have heard about the glamour industry. If you are an aspiring actor who is still convincing their parents about joining the film industry, try not to show them this movie. The movie maybe talking about one single man, Sanjay Dutt, but by the end of it, you will feel as if you have run a marathon through the lives of so many that you are exhausted. With Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra controlling the reins of this movie, Sanju could never have been a failure.
